  1. Pat the shrimp dry using paper towels. Set aside. 
  2. Mix Fresh Zen Thai Chilli Garlic Sauce and black pepper in a small mixing bowl set aside. 
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add Fresh Zen Garlic Scallion Sauce and shrimp in a single layer. 
  4. Cook without moving until shrimp turn pinkish on the bottom and start to curl - about 1 minute. 
  5. Pour in white wine to deglaze the skillet. Quickly flip shrimp and cook until pink and curled into a loose “C” shape, about 1 minute. 
  6. Pour the Thai Chili Garlic sauce mixture and cook another minute. 
  7. Turn off the heat. Garnish with cilantro.
