We currently ship within the continental United States only and do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. All in-stock orders are shipped via standard ground delivery and typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on the shipping address. Shipments to a PO Box or APO/FPO address will ship via USPS.

Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your items and delivery location. Shipping costs are calculated on the cart page and at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (after discounts, before taxes).

Please note that items within the same order may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information via email at the address provided at checkout.

Fresh Zen is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather or other factors outside of our control.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive damaged or missing items, contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. Images of damaged items may be required to process a replacement or refund.
