Shipping Information

We have a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your time frame. Please note that shipping options may vary based on the delivery address and item type. Orders are generally shipped within 2 – 3 business days. All in-stock orders are shipped standard ground delivery and should be received within 7 to 10 business days depending on the shipping address.

Shipping rates for your order are based on the total weight of your items and vary depending on the delivery location. Shipping for your order is calculated on the cart page or at checkout. Please note all items on one order may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive the carrier’s shipping tracking information via email to the address you provided.
Fresh Zen is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you have any damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. Images of damaged items may be required to request a replacement or refund.

Expedited Delivery

All expedited orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. Expedited delivery options are available Monday – Friday for orders to the 48 contiguous states only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days. Expedited online orders are guaranteed for in-stock items only. Sorry, not all items may be available for expedited delivery.

Additional Information

Non-contiguous U.S. orders, such as those shipping to Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico will ship with international economy shipping methods due to our carriers. Shipments to a PO Box or APO/FPO ship via USPS.
