  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well-mixed.
  3. Form meatball mixture into 2" balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and has an internal temperature of 165F.
  5. Finish meatballs with a drizzle of more Korean Chili Crunch Sauce.

*Optional: Drizzle with Kewpie mayo.
*Ground pork can also be swapped for ground chicken or beef.
