  • 1 cup Cooked Protein of Choice 
  • 1 cup Thinly Sliced Mushrooms 
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots 
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach 
  • 4 cups Dry Vermicelli Noodles 
  • ÂŒ cup Fresh Zen Citrus Ginger Sauce 
  • ÂŒ cup Fresh Zen Korean Chili Crunch Sauce 
  • 4 cups Hot Bone Broth or Vegetable Broth 

Instructions

  1. Fill each 32-oz mason jar with: 
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Zen Korean Chili Crunch Sauce 
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Zen Citrus Ginger Sauce 
  • ÂŒ cup Cooked Protein of Choice 
  • ÂŒ cup Thinly Sliced Mushrooms 
  • ÂŒ cup Shredded Carrots 
  • œ cup Baby Spinach 
  • 1 cup Dry Vermicelli Noodles 
  1. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. 
  2. When you’re ready to serve, pour in the boiling hot broth. Stir well.Â
