  1. In a heavy bottomed skillet on medium-high heat, add Fresh Zen Garlic Scallion Sauce, diced red onion, and diced bell peppers. Saute for 5-7 minutes until onions and peppers have softened and lightly browned.
  2. Lower heat to low, stir in tomato sauce. Crack 4 eggs into the tomato sauce. Crack each egg low to the sauce to prevent splatter. Cover skillet and simmer for 7-8 minutes for saucy, overeasy done eggs.
  3. Remove skillet from heat and finished with dallops of Fresh Zen Korean Chili Crunch Sauce, feta cheese crumbles, and chopped cilantro.

*This can be served with toasted baguette, pita bread, garlic bread, or even over rice.
