Protein marinade: 

Dressing: 

Salad: 

  • 8 oz Cooked Buckwheat Noodles 
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Zen Garlic Scallion Sauce 
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Julienned 
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots 
  • 1 cup Snow Peas, Julienned (lightly cooked)\ 
  • ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro (Garnish) 
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds (Garnish) 

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add raw chicken breast and Korean Chili Crunch Sauce. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, up to overnight. 
  2. Make the salad dressing by whisking rice vinegar, Fresh Zen Garlic Scallion Sauce, and honey. Set aside. 
  3. Cook buckwheat noodles until al dente. Rinse, drain, and toss the noodles with 2 tbsp of Fresh Zen Garlic Scallion Sauce, then set aside. 
  4. Grill the marinated chicken breasts over a hot grill until well-done. Remove from heat and slice. 
  5. Toss the prepared veggies and cooked buckwheat noodles with the dressing. Top with sliced grilled chicken breast and garnish with chopped cilantro and toasted sesame seeds.
