Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp FreshZen Thai Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 lb. Protein of choice
  • 1 Cup cooked tri-color quinoa + brown rice

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: 425°F.
  • Make Hot Honey Sauce: Whisk olive oil, honey, and FreshZen Thai Chili Garlic Sauce.
  • Coat Vegetables: Toss the vegetables in the mixture and season with salt.
  • Roast: Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
    Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are caramelized and crispy.
  • Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    Serve with protein of choice and preferred grains of choice.
