Ingredients

  • 1 œ lbs Flank Steak 
  • 2 tbsp Japanese Mirin Vinegar 
  • ÂŒ cup Pure Pineapple Juice 
  • ÂŒ cup Fresh Zen Garlic Scallion Sauce 
  • 2 tsp Toasted White Sesame Seeds 
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper 

Instructions

  1. Slice the raw flank steak ~1/4-inch thick, against the grain at a steep angle. 
  2. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. 
  3. Add the sliced raw steak and mix well until evenly coated. 
  4. Marinate for at least 4 hours, up to overnight. 
  5. Heat a griddle or a skillet over high heat and add the meat slices. 
  6. Lower the heat to medium-high (to avoid burning the marinade) and cook marinated steak for 2 – 4 minutes on each side, until the meat is cooked through and slightly caramelized.Â
